Notification of participation as of 3 August 2010
Kortrijk, 9 August 2010. On 6 August 2010 JP Morgan Asset Management Holdings Inc., 245 Park Avenue, New York, NY 10187, notified Barco that as of 3 August 2010 the participation in Barco of JP Morgan Asset Management (UK) Ltd. was reduced from 381,429 shares, i.e. 3.01%, to below the threshold of 3.00% of the shares.
