The world premiere of the new Audi A7 Sportback took place on July 26, 2010 in the unique ambience of the art museum “Pinakothek der Moderne“ in Munich indicating the start of the cultural cooperation between the AUDI AG and the Bayerischen Staatsgemäldesammlungen. Creative Technology Germany was full-service partner for video, broadcast and audio technology, lighting and rigging, special constructions and kinetics

The media technology highlight of the A7 world premiere was the visualization on a 80 square meter sized brilliant Barco LED screen, integrated in the rotunda of the Pinakothek der Moderne. 368 LED modules Barco NX-4 were implemented into a customized structure, developed by CT, with a radius of 10 meters and covering 210 degrees of a circle – the 4mm LED screen secured fascinating high-resolution pictures.
The content on the LED was realized seamless and in first-class HD quality with four Pronto HD servers from DVS.
